Privacy Policy

BizSign (operated by Cloud Solutions, Fiji — “we”, “us”) provides an e-signature and document-workflow platform at bizsign.cloudsolutions.com.fj. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, organization name, and authentication identifiers managed by our sign-in provider.
• Documents and signatures — files you upload for signing, the signatures and form-field values recipients provide, and the resulting completed documents.
• Audit-trail data — events around each envelope (sent, viewed, signed, declined), including timestamps, IP address, and browser information, recorded to make signatures defensible.
• Billing data — subscription status and payment records. Card/PayPal details are handled by PayPal and never touch our servers.
• Usage data — aggregate product analytics and performance metrics.

How we use it

• To deliver the service: routing envelopes, collecting signatures, generating completion certificates and audit trails.
• To send transactional email (signing requests, reminders, completion notices).
• To operate optional features you enable, such as AI document analysis or SMS one-time codes.
• To bill subscriptions and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run BizSign: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Clerk (authentication), Resend (email), PayPal (payments), and — only when the relevant feature is used — OpenRouter (AI processing) and Twilio (SMS codes). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Retention and deletion

Documents and audit trails are kept for as long as your account is active, or per your organization's configured data-retention window, after which completed envelopes and their files are permanently deleted. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our storage providers. Completed documents carry a cryptographically chained, tamper-evident audit trail. Access to production data is restricted and logged.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Signers may request a copy of documents they signed from the envelope sender. To exercise any right, email support@cloudsolutions.com.fj — we respond within 30 days.

Changes

We'll post any material changes to this policy here and update the date above. Continued use of BizSign after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
