Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BizSign, the e-signature and document-workflow platform operated by Cloud Solutions (Fiji) at bizsign.cloudsolutions.com.fj. By creating an account or signing a document through BizSign, you agree to them.

The service

BizSign lets you send documents for electronic signature, collect signatures and form data, and retain completed documents with a tamper-evident audit trail. Electronic signatures collected through BizSign are intended to satisfy the US ESIGN Act, UETA, and EU eIDAS (simple electronic signatures); whether a particular document may be signed electronically under the law that applies to you is your responsibility to confirm.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must have the right to upload and send the documents you process through BizSign.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive use — including impersonating a signer or misrepresenting a document's contents.
• No attempts to probe, overload, or circumvent the security of the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through PayPal. Plan limits (such as envelopes per month) apply as described on the pricing page. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service (storing, rendering, and delivering documents to your chosen recipients). We claim no ownership of your content.

Disclaimers and liability

BizSign is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not a law firm and nothing in the service is legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure you may export your completed documents before deletion.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
